Shipping

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $150 get FREE GROUND SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Β Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping carriers for domestic orders. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO Boxes.Β If an order is expedited, however, it will ship through UPS and a physical address will be needed since they cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders. Some orders may be shipped using USPS, depending on delivery address. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email once we have received your order. Tweed will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days; please add 1-2 days for any orders with personalized items included.

In-Store Pickup

Customers will be notified by email when their In-Store Pickup order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation email before coming to the store. Please bring your order number when coming to pick up your website order.
