If an Item Arrives Broken
- Step 1: Take a photo of the damage.
- Step 2: Email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
- Step 3: Someone will be in touch with you in 24 hours (excluding weekends)
Rules We Have to Live By
- No returns accepted on Sale items.
- No returns accepted on used or worn merchandise.
- Must be in original packaging. All tags must be attached.
- No returns or adjustments after 30 days from the date of order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
